Wild Orchid by Rimmel

I love to have a great color on my nails. It is seldom that I get really excited about it. I picked up a purple polish (Wild Orchid by Rimmel) from the drug store last week and finally got around to polishing my nails. I absolutely love the color. It goes with so many things in my house. Like my date book (in behind):

The color is called Wild Orchid by Rimmel and it is part of Rimmel’s Lasting Finish Pro nail polish line. It comes with a wide brush and a thick polish. I probably could have gotten away with one coat, but I polished them under dim lighting and wanted to make sure I didn’t have streaks the next day. FYI: I used Sally Hansen Ultimate Shield for base and top coat (dries super fast and is super shiny).

Looking at this now I have the sudden urge to dot bright yellow and white polish on it. Or maybe little daisies with yellow center and white dots around the outside. Now I have to go look for some video inspiration…
