This green smocked top is an old favorite of mine. It is made of cotton which is always a favorite; especially in summer, but I like how the smocking is low instead of the usual empress style.
It comes in sizes 1x to 3x and is $27.99. At the moment it is only available in hot pink or yellow. I would wear it with a pair of lightweight white skirt or beige khakis. Maybe even a white tank underneath.
