Write a page for twelve goals you want to achieve this year. One for each month. Things to include: Goal Time frame Five steps to achieve People you will need to ask for help Expected outcome
What relationship would like to work on this week? List seven things you can do to improve it (one for each day if you like) and how can you put it into action. Follow up at the end of each day by journaling about your action and outcome.
You and the five people you love the most are trapped (you decide on location) and you can only save four of the five. Journal about which four you would choose and why. Of the five people who would be most likely to leave you behind and why?
Make a list of all the times you have hit someone. If you have never hit anyone, make a list of all the times you wish you would have hit someone. This list can be used for future journaling entries to expand on each event.
