Poetry Wednesdays Writing Prompt

For the poetry writers (even if you do not write poetry give it a try).

Your topic is: apples. Well sort of.

Your form is: Choose at least 7 apple names from this variety list.

Use the names of seven varieties of apples to write about nothing to do with apples — that’s how fun their names are! Use the name of at least seven types of apples but only one per line. Highlight the apple names in some way either by capitalizing or italicizing or spacing, something to make them stand out.

A few of my favorites: Aroma, Black Oxford, Blaze, Davey, Doctor Dologo, Goof, Irish Peach, Red Spy, Virginia Greening. You can use these or use the internet to look up others.
