Journal for 15 minutes about something that keeps you up at night (or something in your recent past that has).
Journal about an extravagant dress you have worn (or would like to wear) and how it made you feel.
Journal about five stereotypes you routinely perpetuate without meaning to. Include at least three actions for each to help you reduce the occurrence.
Journal about loyalty. Include what it means to you personally, how you project it, and examples you have seen in others.
Today, journal about something you’d like to get off your chest. Something that you think, if possible, would keep you tied to this world if you were to die tomorrow. It could be something you haven’t said, something you said, someone who you haven’t forgiven, or someone who hasn’t forgiven you.
Journal about an experience you had in or near a body of water that made you fearful.
