The opening of this song is what came to mind when I saw this new dress by plus size designer Igigi. The Marianna Dress (30620BLK) is elegant with its unique looking lace bell sleeves to dress up the “black dress”. Its style is flattering all around from its Bateau neckline to its empire waist and flared skirt.
