101 Best Websites for Writers

I picked up the February 2008 edition of the Writer’s Yearbook by Writer’s Digest and I’m happy to say that Book-in-a-week is listed for yet another year as one of 101 Best Websites for Writers. That is three years in a row!

Under the “Challenges/Creativity” section it says this:

“Forget about outlining. Forget about editing. Just sit down and write.” That’s the motto of this site. You get one week (usually the first week of the month) to write as much as you can. Of course, to finish in seven days, you’ll need a strong will — and lots of caffeine.”

Or chocolate. ๐Ÿ™‚

Thank you Writer’s Digest!

And thank you to all our wonderful members who make this group so great.
