A Splash of Color
It is amazing what a splash of color can do for black. The accent on this dress from plus size clothing retailer Zaftique pops. 
It is also a great summer color (the purple). It is still incredibly hot and humid here so this is going to be as dressy as I get this week. The rest of the week is definitely going to be au casual.
This Surplice Ruched Dress-Purple is 100% polyester and is not my choice of material for summer (especially for pants) but if you have a quick event to show off at then this may do the trick. It comes in sizes 00 to 6Z for $88 to $98.
