Bold and Beautiful

I absolutely love the high waisted skirt look. A few weeks ago I saw a similar dress on Bold and the Beautiful but this one is probably much more affordable than the one she was wearing. This one is made by plus size clothing retailer Torrid.
The Black and White Chiffon Ruffle-Top Dress is a one piece that looks like a two piece. The keyhole detailing at the breast is sweet. I’d lose the thin belt and add a nice thick black one myself. The dress is machine washable and comes in sizes 12 – 26 for $78.
