Today, journal about something you’d like to get off your chest. Something that you think, if possible, would keep you tied to this world if you were to die tomorrow. It could be something you haven’t said, something you said, someone who you haven’t forgiven, or someone who hasn’t forgiven you.
Write about a time when you were bullied into something; either as a child or as an adult. Write about it again from another point 0f view.
What relationship would like to work on this week? List seven things you can do to improve it (one for each day if you like) and how can you put it into action. Follow up at the end of each day by journaling about your action and outcome.
Journal about the first time you slow danced with someone from the opposite sex.
Journal about a camping trip you remember including at least three things that make it stand out in your memory. Never gone camping? That is no excuse for not writing. Approach it from, “why I never went camping” instead.
