Evans Clearance
There are a lot of great steals at Evans right now but one of my favorite styles this season is the irregular, handkerchief, shark’s bite, or whatever you want to call it, top (mostly, in tank). I don’t know why but I love this loose flowing top that comes in at the waste and flares out at the hips. It looks great with leggings, skirts, jeans, belted or unbelted, layered or not. The first place I noticed them was in the UK stores and they have slowly been making a transition over here ever since.
