Steampunk Gauze Skirt

Here is such an interesting Etsy find of “Original Design Handmade Clothing” from Thailand via the Beyond Clothing shop. This Steampunk inspired skirt with adjustable side scrunchies can also be converted into baggy pants by adjusting the buttons. Love it! The duo skirt / pants come in one size fits most, so they are not specifically designed for plus sizes but they will fit up to a 52″ waist and 68″ hip which is pretty accommodating (check other fit info at shop).

plus size steampunk duo skirt / pant

I love the summer look of sandals with both the skirt and the pant but this skirt can continue to be worn into the fall with tights and military boots. Beyond Clothing, Etsy carries a few other cool looking steampunk styles worth checking out. This skirt/pant combo, $45.

  1. I kind of love those pants, although I have no idea how I’d wear them. Probably with a pintuck shirt I own and flat sandals – they’re just so unusual, a good alternative to harem cut pants.
