Operation Beautiful Giveaway

Can you transform someone’s body image one post-it note at a time? Thanks to Penguin Group one lucky reader is going to find out with the soft cover book Operation Beautiful. Two years ago Caitlin Boyle got fed up with women attacking themselves in the mirror and scribbled “YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL” on a post-it and stuck it to a mirror in a public bathroom. Then she went home and blogged about it. Before she knew it people from around the globe were leaving their own post-it notes of encouragement and love and the Operation Beautiful website was born where visitors could share their own post-it love experiences.

The book Operation Beautiful shares Boyle’s journey and showcases the notes women have posted around the world and the stories behind them. With interviews, interesting research findings, and tips for improving one’s outlook on life, each Post-it tells a different story from different perspectives. Whatever the story, the message remains the same—every woman is beautiful just the way they are!

Stipulations:
Eight entries per person are allowed (one per method above)– suspicious entries with the same IP address (you know who you are) will be deleted without notice. The lucky winner will be chosen from the comments at random, using random.org, on January 31, 2010 at 3 pm EST. This giveaway is sponsored by Penguin Group but I will be confirming the email and mailing address of the winner (so make sure you enter the right email) as well as shipping the book. This giveaway is open to person 18 years and older living in the United States and Canada. Void where prohibited by law. The winner will have two weeks to claim the prize; after which time it will be rewarded to someone else.
