Movie Fridays
At first when I started watching this video, from the Shaytards family journal, I thought they were a bit weird. But as I continued to watch there was something kind of endearing about them. It’s an 11 minute video so there is lots of fodder both before and after “dad” gets dropped off at the airport.
Fiction writing ideas: Write about a real discovery of a pig nosed baby at an airport, or about a guy celebrating his birthday with his best friends in Las Vegas, or a woman home alone with her three kids while her husband is away in Las Vegas, or a family who shares their life on the internet, or a surprise reunion, or a guy finds something creepy in an airport locker.
Non-fiction ideas: Write about the perils of sharing too much personal information in video diaries, or about ten reasons why it is good therapy to have a video blog, or how these types of video blogs are helpful to the viewers, or write ten tips for creating a enjoyable video blog, or why a certain fraction of society feels the need to leave anonymous hurtful, incoherent, and inflammatory messages on these types of forums (you have to visit the you tube page to see these).
