Lane Bryant Week – Bras

It is the last day of Lane Bryant week but the 40% off sale will continue on until Monday. I have saved the best for last — bras — can’t live with them can’t live without them (kudos to those who try).
My favorite bras come from Lane Byrant’s Cacique line; in particular, the Sateen Cushioned Balconette bra ($38). I am not a huge fan of plunge bras unless I’m wearing a lower cut shirt than normal but I don’t want coverage to my chin either. It is a nice in between bra that provides superior lift. It only comes in basic colors (white, nude, black) at the moment but sometimes they will offer seasonal shades. Red cannot be beat! Very similar to the balconette (in material and padding) is the Smooth T-shirt Bra ($34). There are over ten fabulous colors to choose from. It has a little less padding and as you can the straps are a bit thinner. It is probably my second favorite.

This Smooth Full Coverage Bra ($36) is actually two for the price of one. It comes packaged with a purple bra. Continuing on my love for black and white print.

Lane Bryant describes the Ric Fac Trim Demi Bra ($38) as playful and I have to agree. It’s a cute bra but I do not imagine those thin straps will be for everyone.

And finally the Embroidered Sheer Full Cup Bra with it’s bright color and contrasting black embroidered scallops makes me think of the little mermaid.

As you can tell I am partial to underwire but you will find there are a few pretty wireless ones too.
