Summer fun in the sun usually began for me when school was out, now that I am married to a teacher… it still is. Only problem is every where we go in town he is recognized. “Hello, Mr. Wood!” follows us everywhere. I am sure you have some great summer holiday stuff to write about.

Here are some prompts to work through your summertime highs and lows:

Day One: What was your favorite holiday as a child?

Day Two: List 10 childhood activities you did to help pass the summer months.

Day Three: Write about a summer camp experience.

Day Four: Road trip!

Day Five: Write about a really bad sunburn.

Day Six: Your first bike ride.

Day Seven: Bee stings or Poison Ivy?
