Continue On Saturdays Writing Prompt
The gist of it is simple. I give you the start of a line/story and you continue on. This week:
I was fourteen years old when my father died. The last words I spoke to him were, “I’d rather die than have you as a father.” I stormed out and went to a party. When I got home the police were there. I assumed it was because I didn’t show up by curfew but it was because my father went out looking for me and was sideswiped by an elderly woman who drove through a red light.
