Reflect on a destination, beyond a weekend getaway, that you would like to visit. What about the location attracts you to it and what kinds of things would you like to do there (include at least five)? Would you like to visit this place alone or with some one else.
Journal about three situations that embarrass you. They can be ones that have occurred or ones that you fear happening.
Journal about your friendships today — what makes your good friendships good and your bad friendships bad — include at least five for each and provide one example.
Journal about a scent you associate with your grandfather (or grandmother). Include how that scent affects your memory of them.
For the next fifteen minutes journal about an imaginary friend you had as a child and how people reacted. If you never had an imaginary friend, make one up now.
Journal about a location from a novel you have read that you would like to visit in person. The location doesn’t have to be real. Describe the place and what makes it attractive to you. Consider including someone you would take with you.
Journal about a time when you were locked up either on purpose or by accident.
