Write your obituary as if you died yesterday. Then write another with you dying twenty years from now.
Journal about a camping trip you remember including at least three things that make it stand out in your memory. Never gone camping? That is no excuse for not writing. Approach it from, “why I never went camping” instead.
Reflect on a destination, beyond a weekend getaway, that you would like to visit. What about the location attracts you to it and what kinds of things would you like to do there (include at least five)? Would you like to visit this place alone or with some one else.
What is the birthstone for your birth month? Do you like it? Why or why not? If you could choose a different birthstone what would it be? Would you like to change your birth month too? If you don’t know your month’s birthstone or the other months read up on them at Wiki’s birthstones.
Think for a few minutes how you are accommodating to other peoples needs and desires? Journal for fifteen minutes about at least three ways. If you are not particularly accommodating then journal three reasons why.
Make a list of all the times you have hit someone. If you have never hit anyone, make a list of all the times you wish you would have hit someone. This list can be used for future journaling entries to expand on each event.
