Open up your journal and write at least one page about a lovely sunset you remember. Where was it? Was anyone with you? What made it so lovely?
Journal about the most physically sick you have ever been and who took care of you (or who did not take care of you or who you think should of).
Journal about something you’ve always wanted to make but have not had the skills or time to do.
If you could relive one moment from yesterday what would it be. Describe it in detail.
Reflect on a destination, beyond a weekend getaway, that you would like to visit. What about the location attracts you to it and what kinds of things would you like to do there (include at least five)? Would you like to visit this place alone or with some one else.
Write in your journal about thunderstorms and how they make you feel. Include a descriptive of a day you remember in particular that stands out because of the thunderstorms. Include your first recollection of a thunderstorm as a child and how you reacted and were consoled (if needed).
