Peplum Obi Belt

On first thought I could see these working with a plain tee and jeans, or a tube dress. But the more I thought about it the more ideas came to mind… trousers and a blouse, pencil skirt and a cami. What would you wear this belt with? Would you go with a neutral black or an eye-popping pink?
