The Waterproof Handbag

Is your handbag waterproof? Probably not. For the most part we are pretty protective of our handbags when it rains usually shielding them with our body. Rarely do we use them as an umbrella like they do in the movies. The latest creation from Baggu will have us leaving our bags out in the rain. Ok, probably not, but you get the idea — freedom from worry about everything getting wet.
The Wet Suit Bag ($120) was “originally designed for surfers” to put their wetsuits in. Now you can use it to keep your things dry. What a brilliant idea for a travel bag. This vinyl bag is pretty big at 30″ wide, 13″ deep and 16″ tall. You have the option of choosing a shoulder or hand strap to tote it around.

At the moment it is only available in black but I hope they get more colors soon. Wouldn’t this be awesome in a bright red, or blue, or green, or orange?
