When I saw this video I knew I had to share it with you. It is so bloody easy! All you need is two complimentary colors of nail polish and a little bit of saran wrap! You apply one coat of the first color and let it dry. You apply one coat of the second color over top and while it is still damp you dab at it with a scrunched up ball of plastic wrap.
