Can Peplum be sexy? It can if it is the plus size Deep Dive Textured peplum dress from Fashion to Figure. Are you brave enough to wear this black peek-a-boo dress? They have styled it with subdued silver accessories which makes the dress the center point but I really want to add some red to top it off even if it is just a bangle or a cocktail ring.
