Journal Mondays
Begin this week by journaling about the freedoms you appreciate. Make a short list of ten then elaborate why you appreciate each with only a few lines.
This could be about journaling or it could be prompts.
Begin this week by journaling about the freedoms you appreciate. Make a short list of ten then elaborate why you appreciate each with only a few lines.
Journal about a time you were openly prejudiced against someone only to find out later that your judgment was inaccurate or uncalled for.
Journal about 1 to 3 things that you have caught from someone else. Go into detail about how you know you caught from them and any symptoms you recognized.
Journal ten things about each of your siblings. If you don’t don’t have siblings then journal about ten things that make being an only child wonderful or ten reasons why you would have liked to have had siblings.
Make a list of twenty five things that describe you without using words. In other words, doodle. Don’t worry, artistic skill doesn’t matter. An example, if you are a coffee drinker you might doodle a mug. If you like chocolate you might doodle a Hershey’s kiss. Keep it simple. 25 is the minimum but feel…
Journal about a time you drank too much from the perspective of someone who was there.
If you are married journal about why you took (or didn’t take) your husband’s last name. If you are not married journal about what you would do about your last name if you married. If you are a man, you can journal whether you would change your last name for your spouse.
Journal about a location from a novel you have read that you would like to visit in person. The location doesn’t have to be real. Describe the place and what makes it attractive to you. Consider including someone you would take with you.
