I picked up the February 2008 edition of the Writer’s Yearbook by Writer’s Digest and I’m happy to say that Book-in-a-week is listed for yet another year as one of 101 Best Websites for Writers. That is three years in a row! Under the “Challenges/Creativity” section it says this: “Forget about outlining. Forget about editing….
This month: Book-in-a-Week has been really busy since the second mention in Writer’s Digest. The website is growing, offering more features like a forum, blog and writing prompts. I’ve gotten a bad case of Squidoo lens addiction. It’s painful and time consuming but fun.
Being listed in Writer’s Digest 101 best sites for writers for a second year in a row is simply wonderful. They certainly brought us some eager writers over the last two years. I think it has also brought us a different range of writers. For instance, we have more men than we have ever had…
