Jean Skirt and Tights

This weekend I went on a boat tour with about 300 people and was surprised to see a similar outfit on a few young women from different parties. I loved the look although I am probably too old for it.

Now here is making use of good layering. Why didn’t I think of this in high school and college? I probably would have worn more skirts. I like the idea of wearing thigh protectors (tights) that are actually part of the style. Anyone who has worn bicycle shorts under a short skirt knows what I am talking about.
