Cashmere Me
Ever here the song “Peel Me a Grape”? It is about a girl singing about being spoiled by her man. One of the lines is “Cashmere Meeee”. And every time I come across cashmere-anything this song comes to mind. I particularly like the Diana Krall version if you go looking for it.
I have not spent any time at Old Navy’s new online store for plus size clothing so I decided to check out their Fall and Winter collection. I fell in like with this cashmere sweater and color. It is called Morning Sun. Couldn’t we all use a little sun this time of year? It is also called Cashmere Babydolls which I have not quite figured out yet. Someone thought they were being cute I guess.
This soft hoodie is 100% cashmere and also comes in four other interesting colors: wet leaf, black, morning sun, silver grey and sweet pea. Sizes 1x to 4x. And it is on sale for $79.95.
Everyone should have at least one cashmere sweater, I only say one because well, cashmere usually means handwashing (and you know what a fan I am of that). I have one cashmere sweater in pale purple that my SIL bought me years ago and amazingly still fits despite me throwing it in the washer on delicate. It is one item I always get compliments on when I wear it. And people love to touch it.
