The Hippie Pirate

Buy Costumes calls this the Blue Pirate which she surely is but there is definitely some hippie looking qualities to it. I like this one because it is an nontraditional pirate costume.
The Blue Pirate Lady Plus Costume comes with the off-white shirt, attached blue velour vest, blue velour pants, brown/black waist sash and headscarf. This costume fits sizes 16 to 22 and is currently available for $45.95.
All you need are some kick-ass boots! And the Angelica Lace-up Boot from Torrid fits the bill. These boots come in sizes 7 and 12 (I know disappointing – they’re hot, but check out Torrid’s Plunder boots too!). These boots are $59 and wide calf if you have the right foot size.
