Journal Mondays
Write about the food dynamics of your family as you were growing up.
Write about the food dynamics of your family as you were growing up.
Today explore your personality and who you are. List as many adjectives as you can to describe yourself. Don’t whip out a handful and quit; go for at least fifty. When it becomes hard force yourself to do at least ten more. Even use a thesaurus if you have to.
You are caught in a fire. Plan your escape from the moment you sense the fire. You can use your current living arrangement or make one up. But seriously, it wouldn’t hurt to have a well laid out plan for your current living arrangement.
Journal about 1 to 3 things that you have caught from someone else. Go into detail about how you know you caught from them and any symptoms you recognized.
If I had my way, this is how my life would be… Continue writing for two pages beginning with when you’d rise from bed to the end of the day. Include any special events that wouldn’t necessarily occur every day at the end.
In your journal explore your spiritual faith by dividing your life into stages (this may be more writing for some than others depending on how old you are right now) — grade school, teenager, young adult, parent, retired, senior. If you haven’t reached a stage yet reflect on what your spiritual faith would be like.
Journal about your personal sense of fashion. Focus your writing on today or work through the different decades of your life.
