Write about the food dynamics of your family as you were growing up.
Journal about an extravagant dress you have worn (or would like to wear) and how it made you feel.
Write about that tragic story you remember hearing about when you were a child.
What change would you like to incorporate this week? Or… a list of 25 escapes you would like to indulge in.
