For the next fifteen minutes (or longer) explore the experience of laughter in your life. Do you laugh easily? Can you laugh at yourself? How do you react to others laugh at you?
Today explore your personality and who you are. List as many adjectives as you can to describe yourself. Don’t whip out a handful and quit; go for at least fifty. When it becomes hard force yourself to do at least ten more. Even use a thesaurus if you have to.
Journal for fifteen minutes or longer about eight things that you wish Christmas was about but is not. If you do not celebrate Christmas then write about why you should get a holiday from it.
