Write about the number of siblings in your family; specifically about your placement as the youngest, middle or oldest child. If you are an only child write about the advantages or disadvantages of being an only child (or whether you grew up craving siblings).
Make a list of fifty items in your home that you don’t need and/or haven’t used in the last six months. Plan to give them away the next time someone calls for collection of unused items; or if you know of a place that accepts drop offs, package the items and deliver them this week….
Open up your journal and write at least one page about a lovely sunset you remember. Where was it? Was anyone with you? What made it so lovely?
Journal about what you need from the most important relationship in your life right now.
Make a list of ten people you would like to apologize to. For each name on your list write a short three to five line apology.
If I had my way, this is how my life would be… Continue writing for two pages beginning with when you’d rise from bed to the end of the day. Include any special events that wouldn’t necessarily occur every day at the end.
