Target has some great deals on dresses. I found these five beauties and they are all under $35. I think they are sinsational because you don’t have to feel guilty about buying two for that price! One of the dresses in Converse, three are Merona, and one Mossimo. They offer up to size 4x and make sure you check the website because I thought I saw something about free shipping on orders of $50.
