Pre-Fall at Monif C
I’ve been wanting to write about this for a week now since I got the notice introducing Monif’s latest creations and colors for fall. You all know I’m a fan of her convertible dress; well this season she’s introducing the Ruched Convertible which I think I might love it even more. I LOVE the look of ruched fabric. There’s something so sexy about it. Also new in convertible is a two tone with a the a-line skirt. The two-tone and convertible are $195 and the ruched convertible is $215.
The standard convertible dress is a one size fits 8 to 24 but the new ruched convertible dress comes in sizes 1x to 3x. The standard convertibles come in black, forest, grey, navy, pumpkin, purple, and red. My favorites red, grey, purple, in that order. The ruched convertible is in the most awesome blue, red, and black. The two tone or if you prefer, color block, comes in the purple/grey shown or bright blue / black.
The “Nelli” Ruched Dress has always been my second favorite. This season it is available in an awesome electric purple. I love the “Ivana” Ruffle Dress on Fluvia (who’s sporting a blonde wig for this photo shoot) below but I’d never wear it. The giant ruffle is not me, but I love it on other women. The Nelli dress is $196 and the Ivana is $198; both are sized for 1x to 3x.
