You would not know it from this picture but this dress has potential. The Melissa Masse designed Black Chain Link Dress is available at the designer’s site in sizes x-small to 3x for $175. Now if only she would put out some money for a better photographer or a model, even a volunteer model. You do not know how spectacular this dress is until you have seen it on a body.
