I don’t spend a lot of time over at Chic Star but when I do venture over I never fail to find something fashionably amusing. Like this Vintage Sailor Pencil Dress. Be sure to check out the fab customers (some plus size) who took pictures of themselves wearing this cute dress. I especially love the navy but it also comes in black or white. They have a nice size range from 18 to 28 (regular sizes too) for $50.
