30 Day Challenges

Make a lens with a listing of 30 Day Challenges for people to share their human experiences on Squidoo. This is not a lens to fill up with affiliate modules its about encouraging others to make lenses. Put a black box (or whatever color you like) after the intro with a link to your Squidoo referral code and the phrase, “Start a Challenge Here”. Link the whole phrase, not just the word here. It’s better SEO. calendar

Follow with a text list plexo module filled with 30 ideas for 30 Day Challenges so readers can vote up their favorites. Have it set so they cannot add their own ideas but ask them to share any in your Guestbook. Don’t forget to feature some of your other lenses for inspiration. If you are a regular twitter user then include a Twitter module at the end. If you have a blog definitely put an RSS module and a Amazon module in the sidebar.

If you decide to work on the challenges too (a potential for 30 new lenses for you) then you can add  a Featured Lens module highlighting your challenges. Eventually if you do all the challenges you can delete the text link plexo module.

Why 30 days? Because keeping something going for 30 days really is a challenge. But don’t feel limited by the number. If you want do 10 day challenges instead. Or 15 Day. Go for it!

But here are a few 30 Day Challenges to get you going (FYI- for each day there needs to be a short description to go along with the photo. The lens still needs content):

  • 30 Days of Hair – a picture of a new hairstyle every day.
  • 30 Days of Make-up – a picture of a new make up look.
  • 30 Days of Pictures – take a new picture every day.
  • 30 Museums in 30 Days
  • 30 Days of Weather
  • 30 Days of the View (pick a window)
  • 30 New Shops in 30 Days
  • 30 New Walking Paths in 30 Days
