Torrid is doing an exceptional job of offering floral dresses this season (sizes 0 to 4). At least on the shorter end of the spectrum. Floral print patterns are right on trend in both short and maxi styles. And don’t they just make you feel happy — spring-ish and all that. Here are five of my favorites:
