10 Things I Love About Shopping Online
Over the last seven years my love for online shopping has grown tenfold. To coincide, so as my list of top ten reasons why I love online shopping (in no particular order):
Selection, Selection, Selection
With hundreds of stores to choose from my choices are through the roof. I can surf through endless styles and price ranges without having to leave my town. This thrills me.
No Line Ups
I hate waiting in lines and with internet shopping the only thing I have to worry about are the phone lines and they tend to be more reliable than moving lines at Walmart.
Size Range
The size range available online extends well beyond what I can find locally.
Worldwide Shopping Experience
I can shop in the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom.
Size Guides
Almost every professional clothing site has a size guide that gives me the size measurements so there is no guessing. Unlike at a store where I have to grab a couple sizes to see what will fit. And can you imagine asking a sales associate what the measurements are for a size 24? Don’t think so!
Regular Updates
I can get regular updates from my favorite shops on their sales and site news.
No Store Hours
With online shops I can go shopping at 6 p.m. or 3 a.m. And I don’t have to put up with dirty looks — you know, the ones you get if you walk in 30 minutes before closing
No Judgment
I don’t have to put up with feeling judged by other shoppers or even worse, sales associates who are constantly checking in on you or offering their opinion (Don’t get me wrong, I don’t have a hate on for sales associates, I used to be one; sometimes you just want peace when you are shopping).
No Smells
I hate the smell of change rooms, even ones in retail stores. With online shopping I don’t have to worry about my gag reflex.
Designer Access
Sure local stores have their “designers” but the only way I can get access to big designers is through online shopping.
There you have it, ten reasons why I love online shopping. I’m sure there are probably more but you get the idea — I love online shopping. What are some of the reasons you love online shopping?
And of course there are a few things I hate about internet shopping.
The Internet allows you to easily compare products and prices, so you can be sure that the item you purchase is the exact item you want. Its not only time saving its help you economically too.
I love online shopping but prefer to go into a physical shop for clothes. There any many positives to internet shopping though and can’t argue with any of the 10 you have posted!
