Going Military

If you did not take advantage of the Military trend last season you still have a chance to get into it this season (or get an extra season out of the garb you already have).
Some of my favorite pieces this season are military inspired but do not go full out. Like this jacket from City Chic. It has the lovely traditional double buttons but has a v-neck and is tailored in and cropped. It is a great piece for layering over long camis or colorful aztec tops. I love this caramel color but it also comes in black.

Or there is the military tunic from Addition-Elle that sticks with the traditional buttons and collar but on a shear fabric and adds the extra details of pleating and a drawstring in back for added contour and femininity.

I think it is going to be a lovely season for unique military options.
