Journal about a camping trip you remember including at least three things that make it stand out in your memory. Never gone camping? That is no excuse for not writing. Approach it from, “why I never went camping” instead.
Journal about five things you have said to someone that you wish you had not said. Briefly write about each conversation (who, what, where, when, etc), why you wish you had not said it, and how you wish you had responded.
How would you describe your sense of humor?
How did you wear your hair as a child? Was it long and braided or short and tapered? Journal about the many, or the few, hairstyles you had as a child and what you liked and hated about them. Don’t forget to include the affect your parents and friends had on your hair.
The world did not end this month. Since you are going to be around a little longer, journal about one thing you are absolutely going to try before the year is through.
Journal about the people in your extended family — Who are they? Why do you consider them family? How long have them been considered family? Are some of them more important than some of your blood relatives?
If you were going to lose your memory because of a weird disease but through modern technology (yes, you need to use your imagination a bit) could choose to keep ten memories which would you keep?
