Tucked Underneath

Junonia’s catalogue arrived last week and one of the things that stood out for me was their crinkle nylon skirt. Not because I find the actual style appealing but because I think the concept of having an inner knit short attached to the skirt not only convenient but practical. We all know what goes on down there when there are no hose. This seems like a carefree way to enjoy the spring and summer months without having to add your own dare I say… bicycle shorts!
plus size skirt from Junonia
Junonia’s main line is active wear so it is not surprising that they would come up with this idea. This skirt comes in sizes XL to 6X for $69.95. Unfortunately this water repellent and stain resistant skirt is only available in olive. Wouldn’t red be hot? Or black?
