Write about your mini history of dance. Do you love it? Hate it? Have a favorite one? Avoid any occasion that calls for it?
Today, journal about something you’d like to get off your chest. Something that you think, if possible, would keep you tied to this world if you were to die tomorrow. It could be something you haven’t said, something you said, someone who you haven’t forgiven, or someone who hasn’t forgiven you.
Make a quick list of twenty-five books you would like to read. Use Amazon’s Fall Reading suggestions to get some ideas. Include one line about why each book is of interest to you as a reference when you refer to it later. Commit to reading at least 12 new books from your list this year…
Write about the number of siblings in your family; specifically about your placement as the youngest, middle or oldest child. If you are an only child write about the advantages or disadvantages of being an only child (or whether you grew up craving siblings).
Write about that tragic story you remember hearing about when you were a child.
Reflect on a destination, beyond a weekend getaway, that you would like to visit. What about the location attracts you to it and what kinds of things would you like to do there (include at least five)? Would you like to visit this place alone or with some one else.
