Journal about the ever increasing fascination scientists have with how the body works. Include three areas that you think that science has gone too far and three areas where science has not gone far enough.
Journal about five things you have said to someone that you wish you had not said. Briefly write about each conversation (who, what, where, when, etc), why you wish you had not said it, and how you wish you had responded.
Write about the number of siblings in your family; specifically about your placement as the youngest, middle or oldest child. If you are an only child write about the advantages or disadvantages of being an only child (or whether you grew up craving siblings).
If you are married journal about why you took (or didn’t take) your husband’s last name. If you are not married journal about what you would do about your last name if you married. If you are a man, you can journal whether you would change your last name for your spouse.
Journal about the different kinds of pain people experience throughout their lives: emotional pain, physical pain, spiritual pain and what each means to you. Provide at least one example you have experienced in your life (or that of someone close to you has).
Journal about an extravagant dress you have worn (or would like to wear) and how it made you feel.
