Journal about how you combat loneliness.
Write about one belief you have that has changed from ten years ago. Be sure to include the procession from your original belief until now.
Journal about an extravagant dress you have worn (or would like to wear) and how it made you feel.
Journal about someone you know personally who has been touched by cancer. While you are writing consider all that you know about their situation from diagnosis until now. When you are finished writing about their experience continue on writing about how you responded to all aspects of their disease.
